Sherry Hanson - Executive Director
Sherry Hanson has been involved with pageants for the past 37 years, including 24 years with the Miss America Organization, judging throughout the United States. Her background includes training in dance, vocal, gymnastics, twirling, music and modeling.

Jim Hanson - Co-Director
Jim Hanson has been involved with pageants for 32 years and with the Miss America Organization for 29 years. He has judged throughout the state of Texas and his background includes sound, stage production, and interview preparation.

Rebecca Thurlow - Marketing, Interview, Sound & Lighting
Rebecca is a Board Member. Rebecca Smith Thurlow was a Top 10 finalist to Miss Texas 2003 and is trained in dance and drama. She also serves as an interview expert.

LaDacher Jackson - Judge's Chairperson, Interview & Decorations
LaDacher Jackson was a Top 20 Semi-finalist and Best Musician for two years in a row at the Miss Texas Pageant

Stephanie Callaway-Sifuentes - Web Site/Advertising
Stephanie was a former title holder for Sherry and Jim in 1990 as Miss Teen Garland.  Stephanie placed 11th in the 1991 Miss Teen Texas pageant and used her scholarship money to pursue a degree in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin.  Stephanie now works in the advertising industry, launching campaigns for some of the largest brands in the world, and teaches SPIN and weight lifting classes on the side for fun!

Crystal Thompson
Crystal was Miss Teen Ellis County 2002 and has been a student of dance for many years. She currently works in the Emergency Room at Baylor Allen and is excited to be a part of the Miss Duncanville/Ellis County Organization.

Kristen Parsons
Kristen was Miss Teen Ellis County 1999 and placed in the Top 20. In 2000, she made the Top 10. She is an avid twirler and competed for the title of Miss Missouri while in college.
